🌩️ Opel Astra Air Conditioning Problems

#1 · Apr 5, 2015 Hi guys I had to turn my air con on today for the first time in a few months. After running it for a while I noticed the temperature was not very cold and certainly not chilled. When I turn off the air con the temperature stays pretty much the same. I've checked the fuse and it's ok. Astra air conditioning been checked today leak found no gas in system new seals and re-gas required 185 pounds no guarantee aircon will work correctly in case of further faults when tested again. Is there any other checks that can be done before seals and gas renewed? The Opel Astra Family Hatchback has had some issues with the air conditioning system, particularly in models with the 1.4L engine. There have also been reports of issues with the exhaust gas recirculation valve and the electronic stability control system. KkKuuH.
